  • Restocking Fee

    A restocking fee will apply to change-of-mind returns, but not for defective or incorrect items.

    • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, PBE Direct will not charge a restocking fee.
    • Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind or reasons not related to a defect or error on our part, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Defective or Damaged Products

We will guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid return label if applicable. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges, if the defect or damage is confirmed.

  • Change of Mind Returns

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund, excluding any shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
