Handling Time
We aim to get your order ready for shipping within 1-2 business days after you buy it.
Transit Time
After your order is prepared for shipment, the estimated transit time is 2-3 business days. We operate multiple warehouses nationwide and will ship from the warehouse closest to your shipping address which also has sufficient stock to fulfill your order.
**If your order contains an Aerosol or other specialty item, we're required by law to ship using Hazmat services, generally this means that we will be shipping your order via Ground.
Shipping Costs
- Enjoy free shipping on orders over $425
- For orders below $425, the shipping fee is $9.99
Order Cut-off Time
To guarantee same-day processing, please place your order before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Orders placed over weekends or during holidays will also be processed the next business day.
Business Hours
Our business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Holiday closures will be prominently displayed on our website and our Google My Business page. Orders placed during normal business hours but after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
