    Yes, PBE Direct accepts returns or exchanges within 60 days of your purchase.

    How do I get a return label?

    Email or Call our team to initiate the return process.

    What do I do if I receive a defective item?

    If all or part of your order is missing or damaged please immediately reach-out to our team via email at info@pbedirect.com or via phone at 541-968-4644. We will initiate the return process on our end or begin working immediately to rectify the situation.

    How Much Does Shipping Cost?

    For orders over $425.00 we offer free shipping. On orders below $425, we offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99.

    How long does it take to get my order?

    We try to ship every order USPS Priority Mail, though due to the nature of our business some products qualify as hazardous and ground transportation must be used. In this instance we'll use USPS Ground or UPS Ground.

    Additionally, in the instance that a partner warehouse has inventory close to your shipping destination, we may use alternative methods, only if we can get you your order sooner.

    When will my order ship?

    Orders placed before 1PM PST will ship out same day.
