3M's lightweight spray gun with no fluid passages to clean. A fresh atomizing head clicks onto the gun for every job and connects straight to the PPS Series 2.0 cup, so a color change is a head change. It weighs 8.4 oz with a gravity head.

Change heads, not solvent
- Replaceable atomizing heads. Each head carries its own nozzle, so the gun body stays clean.
- Direct PPS 2.0 connection. Heads connect straight to 3M PPS Series 2.0 lids. No adapter needed.
- Light. 238 g (8.4 oz) with a gravity head. 3M says it is up to 50% lighter than conventional metal guns.
- HVLP certified. 3M certifies the series as HVLP under EPA 40 CFR 63 Subpart 6H.

FAQ
Does it work with my PPS cups?
It connects directly to 3M PPS Series 2.0 lids. It isn't built for the original PPS system.
What inlet pressure do I use?
20 psi with gravity heads or 18 psi with pressure heads, trigger fully pulled. That keeps the air cap at the 10 psi HVLP limit.
Which head for which job?
3M sizes run from 1.2 mm (blue) to 2.0 mm (red). Follow your paint maker's tip-size recommendation, the same way you would pick a fluid tip.
Is there a warranty?
3M warrants the gun for one year from purchase against defects in materials and manufacture. Claims go through 1-877-MMM-CARS.
