U-POL's System 20 medium-solids 2K clear for spot and panel repairs. It mixes 4:1 with a System 20 hardener chosen for your shop temperature, gives a 6–8 hour pot life, and builds a high-gloss, UV-resistant finish.

Built for spot and panel
- High build. 1–1.5 mil per coat over 2–3 wet coats.
- Long pot life. 6–8 hours after activation.
- Flexible cure. Air dry, low bake or IR.
- High gloss. UV resistant, with scratch and abrasion resistance.
Mind the 8-hour window. U-POL says recoat within 8 hours or you'll have to sand first. Wait at least 5 hours before polishing, and leave taping until the next day.
Mix and spray
- Prep cured original paint: degrease, wet sand P800–P1000 or dry sand P600–P800, degrease again and tack off.
- Mix 4 parts UP2892 with 1 part System 20 hardener. Reduce with UP2401, UP2411 or UP2421 if needed.
- Spray with an HVLP gravity gun, 1.3–1.6 mm tip, at 28 psi.
- Apply 2–3 wet coats, flashing 5–10 minutes between coats.
- Air dry 4–6 hours, bake 30 minutes at 140°F, or IR 15 minutes.
