Overview
The gray 7448 is the ultra-fine Scotch-Brite pad, about the cut of 00 steel wool. It's the pad for blending clear coat, scuffing around a repair before basecoat, and fine-prepping plastic and metal without changing the surface underneath.
It conforms to irregular surfaces and gets into corners, and the load- and heat-resistant web keeps a consistent finish through the life of the pad. Unlike steel wool it won't shred, rust or leave metal splinters in the paint.
- Works like 00 steel wool — without the rust or shedding
- The blending pad for clear coat and paint prep
- Conforms to corners and contours
