A fast-tacking, industrial-grade spray adhesive for bonding foam and fabric. The orange lace spray lays down an even web that grabs hard and won't dimple foam, and it gives you 30 seconds to 15 minutes to position the part.

Fast grab, clean glue line
- Aggressive initial tack. High grab and foam-tearing strength: under stress, the foam gives before the glue line does.
- Lace spray pattern. An adjustable web pattern made for foam. It lays down evenly without soaking in, so thin fabric covers stay smooth with no dimpling.
- Orange you can see. The color shows exactly where you've sprayed, so you don't miss spots or double-coat.
- Non-yellowing. Won't discolor light fabrics or foam over time.

Application
- Make sure both surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust and oil. Test first on finished or delicate fabrics.
- Shake the can well.
- Hold the can about 6–8 in away and spray an even coat. One surface is enough for most foam bonds; spray both surfaces for maximum strength.
- Let it tack (about 30 seconds), then join the parts within the 15-minute bonding window and press firmly.
- Clean up overspray with 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner. When you're done, turn the can upside down and spray until clear to keep the nozzle clean.

Can I use it on a headliner?
We don't recommend it. Headliners see high cabin heat. Foam Fast 74 is rated to 170 °F, so use a dedicated headliner adhesive like 3M 38808.
Should I spray one surface or both?
One surface works for most foam-to-substrate bonds. Spray both surfaces when you need maximum strength.
How long do I have to position the part?
Let it tack for about 30 seconds, then you have up to 15 minutes to make the bond.
What's the difference between the orange and clear versions?
Same adhesive. The orange color lets you see your coverage; clear is for jobs where color could show through.
Why does it ship ground only?
It's a flammable aerosol, so carriers require ground service.
