413Q is 3M's classic black wet-or-dry sheet. At 400 grit it's the standard step for wet-sanding primer and sealer before basecoat, and for knocking down texture on paint and fiberglass.
Silicon carbide cuts fast and fractures to keep a fresh, sharp edge, so the finish stays consistent. The light A-weight paper folds and cuts to fit any block or curve, and the waterproof resin bond lets you rinse the sheet as you go so it doesn't clog.
