Overview

Introducing the SATA jet 100 B RP Sealer gun. This spray gun has been designed and optimized for use with some of the new technology sealers in the automotive refinish market. The nozzle technology has been dialed in to deliver exceptional results with both solventborne and waterborned sealer technology. The pattern shape and material delivery allow painters to apply sealer in both full panel application as well as small spot sealing without any harsh edge from dry spray. This feature improves process time by allowing painters to properly flash their sealer and go straight to the basecoat. SATA USA Inc currently suggests using this setup with Axalta's new Spies Hecker Permahyd 2K Sealer. Axalta has workedclosely with SATA USA to optimize their products performance to this spray gun setup.
