Dynabrade's 6 inch non-vacuum air DA with a 3/16 inch orbit for general sanding. It spins 12,000 rpm on a 0.25 hp motor, exhausts out the back, and ships with a hook-face pad.

Built to run all day
- General-sanding orbit. The gray lever marks the 3/16 in (5 mm) orbit.
- Speed control. Dial the speed to the job.
- Rear exhaust. Air goes out the back, away from the work.
- Serviceable. Drop-in motor 59501, tune-up kit 96510 and a removable Comfort Platform.
- Convertible. Kits 57122 (self-generated vac) and 57123 (central vac) add dust extraction.
Clean, oiled air. Dynabrade calls for a dedicated hose and a filter-regulator-lubricator set to 90 psig at the inlet. Air motors run on dirty or dry air wear out early.
Air supply
- Run a 1/4 in ID hose to the 1/4 in NPT inlet.
- Set 90 psig at the tool inlet through a filter-regulator-lubricator.
- Oil at 1 drop per minute of Dynabrade 95842 Air Lube per 20 scfm.
- After maintenance, add a few drops of oil to the inlet.
