Kovax's flexible dry sanding sheet in the K-360 Ocean grade. It sands at about P240 speed but leaves a finish finer than P360, with an extremely shallow, uniform scratch that's hard to over-sand.

Speed of a coarser grit, finish of a finer one
- Shallow scratch. Ultra-flexible bonding and sharp aluminum oxide leave a uniform finish.
- Follows shapes. Flexible contact for concave and convex areas.
- No scuff paste. No compounds needed and no color residue to clean up.
- Two sheets in one. A perforation splits each sheet into two 130 × 85 mm halves.
Blend edges by hand pad. Kovax says to blend corners and edges with a Super Assilex sheet on a hand pad, and to use a hand block with an extra-hard interface pad on flat areas to flatten the surface and cut faster.
Dry sanding
- Clean the surface so it's free of wax and dirt.
- Split the sheet at the perforation if you want a smaller piece.
- Mount it on a hand pad or foam block with the velour back.
- Sand dry: sand primer surfacer before paint, scuff old paint or bumpers, and sand edges.
- Blow off and tack before painting.
