Transtar’s Urethane Grade Reducer’s are designed to be used in Transtar’s primers and clearcoats. Additionally, this product can be used in virtually all brands of urethane primers, topcoats, and clears. Transtar’s Urethane Grade Reducers are suitable for overall, or spot/panel refinishing and assist in producing brilliant gloss and superior leveling. This reducer is completely alcohol free and is 99.96% water free.
