Sikkens' low-VOC clear for Autowave and Autobase Plus, at 2.1 lb/gal or less ready to spray. Flex is built into the chemistry, and one clear covers all repair sizes and application conditions. The Slow version gives you an 80-minute pot life for larger jobs and warmer booths.

Low VOC without the compromises
- VOC compliant. 2.1 lb/gal (250 g/L) or less, ready to spray, in every mixture.
- Built-in flex. No additive needed on most flexible parts. Soft parts get Elast-O-Actif.
- One hardener. Fast and Slow both use Autoclear Performance LV Hardener 556173, so you can blend them for conditions and repair size.
- Fast turnaround. 2 hours to handle at 70°F, or 30 minutes at 140°F.

Mix and spray
- Mix 2 parts Performance LV (Slow, Fast or a blend) with 1 part LV Hardener 556173, by volume. The TDS lists no reducer.
- For high heat or humidity, add 1–10% High Temperature Additive 589142 to the Slow version only, and only at 85°F and above.
- Use an HVLP or compliant gravity gun with a 1.3–1.4 mm tip.
- Apply a medium closed coat, flash 5–10 minutes, then a full flowing coat.
- Flash 0–10 minutes, then bake 30 minutes at 140°F, or air dry 2 hours at 70°F. Polish after the air-dry time, or about 1 hour after the bake cools.

FAQ
Slow or Fast?
Sikkens says to choose or blend them for spraying conditions and repair size. Slow gives 80 minutes of pot life against 60, and it is the only one that takes High Temperature Additive.
Is it VOC compliant?
Yes. Sikkens rates every ready-to-spray mixture at 2.1 lb/gal (250 g/L) or less.
Do I need a flex additive?
Flex is built in. For soft parts, add 5 parts LV Elast-O-Actif 398218 to 100 parts clear in VOC-regulated areas.
Do I reduce it?
The Sikkens TDS lists no reducer. It sprays as mixed at 12–15 seconds DIN #4.
