Primer that builds

Several light coats beat one heavy one. Transtar says to apply 2–3 medium wet coats with 5–10 minutes of flash between them. Sand bare metal with 240 grit before priming.
Application
- Clean with a wax and grease remover, then sand with 240 grit.
- Hold the can upright 8–12 in from the surface.
- Apply 2–3 medium wet coats, flashing 5–10 minutes between coats.
- Let it dry 15–20 minutes at 70°F.
- Sand 320–400 dry or 500–600 wet, re-clean and tack before topcoating.

Will it stick to bare aluminum or galvanized?
Yes. Transtar lists both, cleaned and sanded with 240 grit.
How soon can I sand?

Can I use it on plastic bumpers?
Yes, but test adhesion first. An adhesion promoter may be needed.
