Everyday masking
- Clean removal. 3M says it comes off fast and in one piece, without adhesive residue.
- Fits contours. Crepe paper backing follows curves.
- Holds back paint. Minimizes bleed-through, and resists solvents and moisture.
- Controlled unwind. Works in apron tapers and masking machines.
Masking
- Clean moldings and rubber gaskets with solvent to remove release agents.
- Apply to a surface at 60–90°F, pressing the edge down firmly.
- Mask paper or plastic to the tape for coverage.
- Spray and bake at up to 250°F for 30 minutes.
- Remove by pulling back over itself at about 45°.
